Practitioners from the seven PSELI sites share their closing reflection in session four of the Adult SEL – Tuning in for Self-Care and Empathy, an eight-part online series during April 2020. After practicing Mindfulness-based and mind-body relaxation tools that help to increase self-awareness, navigate stress and uncertainty, and develop more proactive and positive coping patterns in the face of difficulties.
