Second Step Pacing Guide Aligned to District SEL Guide

As teachers virtually returned to school for pre-school prep and training, School day staff from the PSELI Phase II Schools participated in professional development (PD) given by the PSELI coaches. All six Phase II schools broadened their knowledge and increased their skills for Building Adult SEL and Strengthening Climate. The schools that opted to take on Morning Meeting, received additional PD to support their implementation. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of the Phase II School’s SEL work for both adults and students.

Below is the Second Step Scope and Sequence created specifically for PSELI Schools using the Second Step Curriculum during explicit instruction. New links will be provided for school day staff monthly; these are available to teachers and staff via Blender and PSELI School Day Google Drive.
