Interested in Applying for the FY 2025-2026 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Expanded Learning Opportunities in Palm Beach County?

Prime Time's work is embedded in a wide body of research demonstrating that quality out-of-school time (OST) programs lead to substantial academic, social, and emotional benefits for youth.

The benefits to high quality afterschool programming:

  • reduced crime rates and substantial improvements to academic outcomes
  • more equitable academic outcomes for children who do not have access
  • fosters a sense of belonging while supporting emotional regulation
  • significantly enhance parents'/guardians focus and productivity at work

Prime Time offers a menu of expanded learning opportunities (ELOs) to eligible OST programs in Palm Beach County. An ELO is a hands-on learning activity provided by an expert provider to afterschool and summer programs at no cost to the program or family. ELOs are offered in a multi-session format of specialized content.

Prime Time Palm Beach County is seeking, through a Request for Proposals, expanded learning opportunity providers for Prime Time's 2025-2026 fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025. If funding is available, awarded contracts will be renewable for two additional years, pending ELO providers meet contract deliverables.
