Summer 2025 was full of energy, creativity and unforgettable moments for children and youth in Palm Beach County. From dancing to marine life to becoming an entrepreneur, campers continued learning, explored new opportunities and made long-lasting friendships. We’re spotlighting some of the most exciting happenings that were made possible by some of Prime Time’s summer providers with support for the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Youth Services Department.
The Center for Creative Education’s Creative Arts Designed to Reinforce Education (CADRE) program used art to help prevent the summer slide.
Loggerhead Marinelife Center provided youth with a look into marine biology in their own backyards by allowing campers to engage with and learn about native wildlife.
Digital Vibez hosted its annual Kidzfit Jamathon where youth were encouraged to get active and stay healthy in a unique concert-like experience. 4,653 participants attended this year from 83 different summer sites.
Read! Lead! Succeed! by the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County used the written word to bolster youth confidence and develop meaningful well-being and life skills.
Divinity Dance brought self-expression through multiple styles of dance to the summer programs the instructors visited.
The Young Singers of the Palm Beaches created choirs at each site they visited, exposing children to musicality and group performance.
With tons of different tech, Green Mouse Academy brought exciting and cutting edge activities, including drones, virtual reality dodgeball and stop-motion animation.
Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship’s Summer Youth BizCamp Challenge taught youth to become entrepreneurs and empowers them to create their own businesses.
