De-stress, Reset and Leverage Inner Strengths at the Be Well Café

Attend the Be Well Café, a weekly open and safe drop-in space for afterschool and summer camp professionals and stakeholders to de-stress, reset and leverage their inner strengths as we respond to the daily demands and challenges of working in the field. The hour-long virtual sessions are informal and simple, following a flow of experiential well-being practice, honest sharing, empathetic listening and peer support.

We cover a broad range of guided self-care, stress reduction, resiliency, empathy and team-building exercises, practices and themes including mindfulness, art, music, humor, games and communication activities.  This well-being community of practice circle is a drop-in offering with neither attendance nor participation requirements.
